Due to which ailments like low metabolism, malnutrition, and hormonal imbalances occur in the body. So, it is advised to use it only under medical supervision.
– Excessive dependency on a liquid diet can miss out on essential nutrients can lead to side effects such as dizziness, fatigue, muscle loss, hair loss, and heart diseases.
– Liquid diet doesn’t contain enough fiber. If you don’t get enough fiber, because you’re not eating whole grains, fruits and vegetables; so, you can get constipated and disturb your gut easily.
– Pregnant or nursing women, and people who are suffering from diabetes, or anyone with a chronic illness shouldn’t go on a liquid diet.
Why is Liquid Diet Not a Good Option for Weight Loss?
